I want to eat custard!

Ashlea has been practising eating custard. A photo wasn't enough to capture the experience, so I made this little video...

I can't tell if she is being funny or she is mad! How funny that she won't let you get that spoon to her mouth!

Lacey - she HATES the spoon in her mouth, but at least now she thinks it is funny and laughs when I try to put it in. She used to scream blue murder.

This video gave me a good giggle! When I first started watching I thought as she said it was "custard time" and "I want to eat custard" that she would eager to eat it...hence the hate of the spoon in the mouth.

Iremember it taking a good half year (or more) to teach Ricki to eat solids. I even sent her to day care, just to have ONE of the daily battles taken over by someone else....
Of course, now I can't get her to STOP eating....

She is just adorable...LOL

Love the video. I can totally relate. When Ryley used to eat orally he used to do the same thing!!

Awww I love how it goes from her cutely saying custard into a Benny Hill parody (that made me chuckle). It's great that you have a sense of humor. Meg was a picky eater, but it looks like you have a daily battle! Bless! I'm so glad you posted a video she's adorable! xx

Cute thing!! Does she routinely expend more calories than she ingests, like in the video?

This is wonderful! Loved the video! How cute is she?! Saying at the beginning that she was going to eat the custard and then laughingly fighting you every step (or spoonful!) of the way! You can see how hard she is trying at the end to do it herself though :)

My lil laptop has seen more bad days than me, lol, so I have no sound!! But you know when a video is good without it! I cant believe how big Ashlea is getting... wow! So cute!
