Thankfulness Jun 14

Today I am thanking God for:

A fine afternoon for some footy...

547.  Kidney Health Australia for their hard work fundraising and organising Kidney Capers events for children living with kidney disease.  Today we went to see the Swans play.  Ashlea's hands didn't leave her ears the whole time but there was no screaming like last year so I'll call that a win;

548.  A glorious sunny winter's day for our footy outing (and a good win by our team);

549.  Kidney friends to share the journey with.

Selfies with kidney peeps :)

Psalm 100:4
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

My son is 4.5 y/o and has a sensory processing disorder, on the autism spectrum, low muscle tone, and other developmental issues. His ears are so sensitive to noise. (unless it is his own noise). I got him noise canceling head phones (had them from 5 months old for a trip to disney). They are the greatest things ever. He wears them anywhere it is too loud for him and we can actually enjoy a day out..Maybe they will help...
